The staff are friendly and accommodating, always on hand to assist. The basic amenities provided are more than sufficient, and the attention to detail is evident throughout. Breakfast is value for money, with a good selection to choose from.

Great central location, within walking distance to shops and restaurants. the room was clean and tidy with a comfortable bed. the breakfast was good value for money with a nice selection of food.

The walls were quite thin, making it easy to hear noise from other rooms and the street outside. the air conditioning was very loud and made it hard to sleep.

We stayed at a hotel in town, which has a great location, being really close to the main conference center. the hotel is located in a vibrant area right in the city center with lots of food places around. We enjoyed the cleanliness and the quietness of the room. the staff at the restaurant were very friendly and made us feel welcome.

The hotel's parking, unfortunately, was very expensive and we couldn't find any free spaces.

Had a great Christmas stay in Harrogate! The hotel location was perfect, close to the town center and all the shops. The staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming, making us feel at home.
